Las Nuevas Canciones: Man Size Wreath

Según el propio grupo el primer día, este tema acabaría siendo cara B o incluso MP3. Entre bromas y risas la verdad es que no les falta razón a Mike y Scott, que fueron los que pronosticaron el destino de la canción, ya que no es un tema que sorprenda, simplemente provoca indiferencia. A mi musicalmente, con esos cambios de escala con la guitarra y ese medio tiempo, me recuerda a Wanderlust y aunque el single del Around the Sun me convenció más en las primeras escuchas vamos a darle a este tema el beneficio de la duda por no estar terminado. Además la letra tontorrona y el título me hace preguntarme... ¿qué motivaciones tiene actualmente Stipe para componer? ¿problemas para escapar huyendo en coche? ¿de juventud? ¿cosas que echan en la tele? ¿Dónde quedaron las drogas, la muerte, los juegos de palabras, la politica...?
